Bookings for photography services are confirmed upon receipt of a signed contract and payment of a non-refundable deposit, typically 50% of the total fee. The remaining balance is due prior to or on the day of the photography session, unless otherwise specified in your contract.
Payment can be made via the methods specified on our website or in your contract. All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a photography session, please notify us as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Open Junction Photography reserves the right to reschedule a session due to illness, injury, or extreme weather conditions. In such cases, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative date with no additional fees.
We strive to deliver your edited images within 2-4 weeks for portrait sessions and 6-8 weeks for weddings and events, unless otherwise specified in your contract. Images will be delivered in digital format via an online gallery unless otherwise agreed.
The number of images delivered will depend on the package you've purchased and the nature of the session. We do not provide raw, unedited files.
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Open Junction Photography or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
For photographs taken by Open Junction Photography, the copyright of the images remains with the photographer (Open Junction Photography) as specified in UK copyright law. Your purchase of digital images or prints constitutes a license to use the images for personal purposes, not a transfer of copyright.
